What data do you backup?

Our nightly backup system takes a copy of all your files and databases and stores them on our dedicated backup server. Our backup system is very comprehensive and retains multiple copies of your files and databases.
The backups schedule is as follows:
File and Database backups are rotated monthly so we always have at least 30 days of backups for every account on your server.
VPS and Server customers have access to their backups through their server control page. Once logged in you can easily restore a single file, a database, or even a whole site. See our article about our backup manager.
