Disable Mod Security for a Domain

If you're having problems with your site it might be that you are triggering a Mod Security rule which is there is protect your site. You can test this by temporarily disabling Mod Security for that domain.
To do this you need to login to cPanel for the account in question and navigate to:
cPanel->Security->ModSecurity
From the list of domains click the Off button to disable Mod Security for that domain.
If this fixes the problem please open a support ticket and report the problem so we can investigate for you. Do not leave Mod Security disabled. Please include the domain and your IP in the ticket.
