Support is provided by our support ticket system or by phone.

To open a support ticket
Go to, fill in the details with as much detail as possible and submit the ticket. All tickets are generally answered within 15 minutes during normal working hours. You can also open a ticket by sending an email to

If you submit a critical or high priority ticket out of hours then these will also be answered within 15 minutes.

Phone Support
Whilst we prefer our customers to submit a ticket we are happy for customers to call if they have a problem hard to explain or require advice on something. Phone support is available during normal working hours only.
