Support is provided by our support ticket system or by phone.
To open a support ticket
Go to https://support.gocreations.co.uk, fill in the details with as much detail as possible and submit the ticket. All tickets are generally answered within 15 minutes during normal working hours. You can also open a ticket by sending an email to email@example.com.
If you submit a critical or high priority ticket out of hours then these will also be answered within 15 minutes.
Whilst we prefer our customers to submit a ticket we are happy for customers to call if they have a problem hard to explain or require advice on something. Phone support is available during normal working hours only.
