We comprehensively monitor all aspects of your VPS server to ensure we are notified of any problems as soon as they happen. Your account page has a lot of information about your servers performance and is a good place to look if your sites are running slow.
We do not provide any uptime or site performance statistics as this impartial information can be obtained via third party companies. Many of our customers use Pingdom so this might be a good place to start. Note: Pingdom is a chargeable service not included with your VPS charge.
