Using an external email provider

If you use an external email provider like Gmail or Outlook but have your site hosted on your server then you will need to tell your server that it should no longer handle emails for that domain.

Login to cPanel for the account you need to change the email routing for
Under Email Click the "Email Routing" option.
Select the domain
Choose "Remote Mail Exchanger" from the options.
Click "Change"

Now all emails originating from your for this domain will be sent to the external provider.
