SSH Access

If you know your way around the Linux command line then you can use SSH to manage certain aspects of accounts.
There are two ways to access SSH, either via cPanel or using a remote application like Putty. If you want to use cPanel just ask for this to be enabled on your account and we can do this for you.
If you require remote SSH access then you will first need to request access through our Firewall, to do this just open a support ticket and we will do this rest for you.
If you don't have a fixed IP on your broadband connection then you can access SSH via our VPN service. Please submit a ticket for more inforamtion on this.
